Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Registration
**All CPR classes are postponed until further notice. If you are needing CPR certification immediately, you may reach out to your local fire department or check PDR to inquire about classes being held in your community. eCards will be implemented on January 1, 2018! ALL ROSTERS MUST HAVE A {LEGIBLE} WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS FOR EACH STUDENT. (Students cannot share email addresses) WE WILL NO LONGER BE SENDING HARD-COPY CARDS IN THE MAIL TO YOU; THE STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM AHA WITH INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO COMPLETE THE eCard PROCESS.
How to receive your eCard for CPR Certification after class |
Please submit a separate registration form for each person. Feel free to duplicate this form for colleagues. The registration form and a $50.00 fee must be submitted 1 week prior to the class to Child Care Aware of NWA. Please make sure to fill out the registration form and the payment information separately.
Registration:
Each participant must pay a $50.00 fee before class begins to the issued their Pediatric First Aid CPR AED certification card. If you register for class and do not attend or do not cancel 1 week prior to the scheduled class, you or your facility will be charged a $100.00 fee. With 1 week prior cancellation a refund may be given, but there will be no refunds for online payments. For additional information, please contact us at (479)899-6374.
All cancellations must be at least one week prior to class.

Attire: We encourage you to dress casual and to wear comfortable shoes.
