Arkansas 2-1-1
2-1-1 is a free telephone service that connects individuals in need to important community services in Northwest Arkansas. 2-1-1 is the direct link between people who need and people who can give help. The 2-1-1 call center serves Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington counties. Depending on local resources, referral services include:

The ACC Hotline assists with calls concerning suicide, substance abuse, physical and emotional abuse, relationship violence, divorce, loneliness, rape, depression, HIV/AIDS, financial difficulties, runaways and other youth issues, emergency shelter, pregnancy, sexual orientation, etc. We work closely with battered women’s shelters, counseling centers, rape crisis centers and many other community service providers to ensure that our callers receive the help needed during times of crises.

The Early Childhood Education and Out of School Time Program Assistance is administered by the Family Support Unit of the Division of Childcare and Early Childhood Education. The purpose of the program is to increase the availability, affordability, and quality of childcare services for families in the state of Arkansas.

- Essential personnel, under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, includes: emergency responders, health care providers, public health personnel, manufacturing workers, sanitation workers, child care and early childhood staff, and more.
- Assistance will be paid directly to the licensed child care provider and is only available for providers who participate in the voucher program.
- Payments would cover the full cost of child care during the public health emergency, as funding allows.

Medical services for low income and uninsured people of Northwest Arkansas. With 13 locations in NWA we pursue our mission by addressing the needs of the community near their home with medical clinics in Springdale, Rogers and Siloam Springs; dental clinics in Springdale and Rogers; and school-based health centers in Springdale, Fayetteville, Prairie Grove, Lincoln and Siloam Springs. We deliver care to thousands of patients who would have nowhere else to go for healthcare. No one is turned away, regardless of their ability to pay. We believe that every person should have access to quality primary and prevention care, regardless of household income.
